Elite Dealer Level Qualification & Downgrade Policy

To qualify for an Elite Dealer Level, dealers must meet all specific criteria assigned to their level, beginning with Annual Trailer Purchases. If a dealer fails to meet any of the required qualifiers, their Elite status will be downgraded to the next level that aligns with their qualifications.

Example

  • A Platinum Dealer meets all purchase and sales requirements but has a Google Rating of 4.0 instead of the required 4.3 for Platinum status.
  • This dealer will be reclassified as a Bronze Dealer due to not meeting the review rating qualifier.

Measurement Period

  • Elite Dealer Group qualification for 2025 will be measured by trailer and parts sales from January 1st through December 31st of the previous year.
  • The growth rate for the 2025 challenge will be calculated based on trailer sales and surcharge metrics.

Program Terms & Modifications

Load Trail LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this rewards program at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the Elite Dealer Program, dealers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined at the time of enrollment. Dealers acknowledge that any program changes may impact their participation, benefits, and qualification status within the program.
